Sam C

Sam was born and raised in Minnesota. There are many things he enjoys, including: canoeing, sunsets, science, spending time with animals, humor, nordic skiing, and reading. He has dreamt of finding work that gives him purpose and making a living that involves sleeping under the stars. He sees working in wilderness therapy as a way to learn and develop skills that will serve him in life. Sam considers some of his greatest accomplishments to be coaching with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association in Missoula for two seasons, training for and competing in ski and bike races, and planning a semester for a middle and high school adventure and leadership class. One of Sam's favorite quotes is: "No man ever steps in the same river twice.
