Janine Donald

Executive Director, Owner

Janine grew up in Seattle, Washington, and did her undergraduate studies at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She moved to Utah in 2005 to work in Canyonlands National Park doing interpretation and outdoor education. Utah and red rock country captured her heart, and Janine settled in Salt Lake City. Janine’s outdoor resume includes a year and a half as a wilderness therapy guide, leading paddling, rock climbing, and river rafting trips for people with disabilities, as well as facilitating outdoor education courses in Utah and California. Most recently, Janine was the Executive Director of Splore, a nonprofit outdoor adventure company, which serves people with disabilities and special needs.

In 2012, Janine completed her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Utah, and in 2014, participated in the Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses program. Janine leads by focusing on mission and values, diligently creating a positive company culture, and supporting talented people in being the best they can be.
